Found near Temple University’s campus, these furnished student apartments at 1310 N Broad Street in Philadelphia feature 1-3 bedroom units with modern finishes, lighting and an open airy feel. In partnership with Aeternum Design Studio, R+M Development and MK Management, we produced the custom hospitality grade furniture for the students so they can withstand an all-night study session… or a game of beer pong… both with a sense of home and style.

Completed in Fall 2020, Morgan Li got the job done on time and on budget, just as we promised.
