MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Second Shift
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and operations at Morgan Li.
This position will be working with 2nd shift to keep production running along with machines PM’s.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Plant and Field operations.
- Support maintenance for other projects as needed.
- Assure proper set-up, calibration, operation, and preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities.
- Conduct seasonal prep work including preparing equipment and scheduling materials.
- Layout, assemble, and align equipment.
- Identify and repair or replace worn out or damaged equipment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Business English and Bilingual English – Spanish are desirable.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- 2 years of Maintenance training or Work experience is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must have good communicational skills.
- 5S, lean manufacturing methodologies.
